Client requires a Senior Staffing Director (possibly VP) to manage their senior level recruiting (Director level and above) throughout the world. This position is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, hiring and on-boarding new senior level leaders throughout the organization. Successful candidates will work closely with the executive leadership to identify areas requiring senior talent, define those needs and gain concensus from all stakeholders to undertake and complete a successful search. This global position requires an extremely hands-on individual who understands the art of clearly defining needs and putting together processes to attract and close outstanding talent.
Candidates must have the following background and experience to be considered:
* BA/BS Degree from a top University with a high GPA and strong academic achievment. MS or MBA strongly preferred.
* 20+ years of "manufacturing experience" with a minimum of 2+ current years as Director or VP of staffing/recruiting.
* Varied manufacturing background with positions in engineering, operations, SALES/marketing, quality, supply chain, etc.
* Experience leading a business unit or division with P&L responsibility.
* Experience assessing, developing and managing a global recruiting and staffing organization.
* Experience creating competitive domestic and international compensation and benefits packages.
* High level of energy and enthusiasm and exceptional communication skills.
