Description: Requirements:
- MS in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- RA license; + NCARB preferred
- Experience in remediation and new building design
- Ability to travel within the US
- 10+ years of project management in structural engineering of envelope components: curtain wall systems, multi-wall glazing, canopy, skylight, wall claddings, windows, roofs, aluminum and glass on commercial buildings
- Strong written and communication skills
- Forensic / risk assessment, investigation background
- Waterproofing; hurricane damage; fire protection
- Field experience assessing existing structural and building conditions
- Strong technical skills in the design of steel, concrete, wood and masonry structures
- Working knowledge of IBC, ADA
- ASTM testing of exterior walls
- Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately
Salary: $120k+, Total Exp: 10-20+, Location: New York, NY
