| Montana Refining Company is an independent energy company engaged in crude oil refining and the wholesale marketing of refined petroleum products. We operate one of the last small, independent full production refineries in the Canada, producing approximately 7,000 barrels per day of various petroleum products. Our refinery is a complex refinery able to process heavy crude oil that is received via pipeline and railcar. We produce a wide range of high quality products ranging from multiple grades of gasoline (including ethanol blended gasoline) to ultra-low sulfur diesel, jet fuels, LPG’s and asphalt products. The finished gasoline and distillate products are distributed through Montana Refining Company’s terminal in Great Falls and the asphalt products are marketed over racks at the refinery. |
