Land Surveyor - Transmission Line / Pipeline Project - Concord, CA
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to oversee and run transmission and pipeline surveying projects throughout the state of California. The ideal individual would have a proven track record in leading survey projects; with a minimum of 4+ yrs experience working as a LS in overseeing field and office task operations related to transmission and pipelines projects.
This would include performing and providing oversight to technical tasks:
- Boundary research/surveys
- Appraisal mapping
- ALTA’s
- Calculations
- Topographic surveys

Right-of-way mapping
- Development of legal descriptions
- Plats, and horizontal/vertical controls) |
| Habilidades: |
Must have the abilities to work in the field when needed, as well as, perform office survey work daily.
This opportunity will require extensive travel throughout the state.BS Degree in Geomatics or other related discipline preferred. California PLS registration required. Understand and proficiency with AutoCAD, LDD required.
This position can be home based, or can work out of any corporate office in the state (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego..Etc).This is an exceptional opportunity for a surveyor who loves to travel to see the state. Offering excellent compensation and benefits. |
