We are seeking a Land Planning / Entitlements Director for the development of single-family, multi-family and commercial land development projects throughout the state of Florida.Our Client, one of the few land equity development organizations in the United States is seeking to compliment an existing staff with an Land Planning & Entitlement Director to oversee all aspects of the planning and entitlements process for land development projects throughout the state.
The ideal individual would have 5+ years experience working directly on and overseeing the entitlements and planning for single family, multi-family and commercial / mixed-use communities ranging from 20 to 1500 arces.
Responsibilities will include working directly with the organizations president, land acquisition manager, community leaders, planning departments / commissions, and engineering consultants in taking raw undeveloped land from project acquisition / conceptualization through final planning commission approval of projects. |
