The University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) is seeking to fill a short term (approximately 6 month) contractor assignment for a position as Identity Management Specialist.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Planning
Implementation and support of UNCC’s various Identity Management systems
Supporting/enhancing scripting needs
Messaging security and routing.
Essential Functions:
• 50% – IdM configuration and management
• 10% – IdM planning and design
• 30% – Incident and problem management
• 10% – Using network analysis, management and performance monitoring tools to diagnose problems and determine source.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT Security or Computer Science or the recognized equivalent in work experience
Required Experience / Background / Skills:
Minimum of (3) three years of proven knowledge and hands on experience in the following:
• Microsoft Identity Lifecycle Manager (ILM)
• Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager
• Perl, PHP, PowerShell and/or UNIX shell scripting.
• Identity Management systems such as Sun Identity Manager/Oracle Waveset.
• LDAP and Novel NDS.
• Messaging security and routing.
Preferred:
• Experience in a large Enterprise or Higher Education IT environment
• Accreditation / Certification / License
• CISSP |
