Civil Engineer (EIT / PE)- Land Development - San Jose, CA
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with experience in Land Development to work on development projects in and around the San Francisco Bay area.
The ideal individual would have 3+ years experience working in the land development arena on residential development projects. Managing the raw land design process from initial scoping to final design. Experience working with underground utilities, roadway, curb/gutter, plot plan layouts and grading design, permitting required. Must have project management experience.

| Habilidades: |
Requires a degree in Civil Engineering; registration as a PE required or EIT, if in process of obtaining PE license within the next 2 years. Prior design experience in relation to residential projects is necessary. Knowledge of AutoCAD and LDD needed.This position is with an experienced and successful team-based organization based in Northern California which specializes in residential development projects. T
