We offer contract, consulting and direct hire positions for talented individuals across a complete range of disciplines and industries. Our practice areas include: Marketing/Sales, Export/International Business and Management/Finance area.

Primary responsibilities include proposal development and proposal strategy, opportunity management and sales reporting.
Work closely with the Manager of the Company on various issues/projects on a daily basis.
Assess and document existing business procedures in different departments and identify where improvements can be made.
Evaluate, coordinate and implement plans to test business and functional process.
Develop recommendations for new methods / procedures, implementation plans, schedules and written reports for management to evaluate .
Research and analyze other comparable organizations/operations. |
| Habilidades: |
Ability to build relationships with, and work across, all departments within the organization to ensure tasks are completed correctly in a timely manner .
Ability to meet/exceed deadlines, prioritize tasks to meet business objectives .
Good interpersonal and communication skills required.
Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to build strong relationships with management & employees .
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
