Our client in the Silicon Valley, CA is looking to hire a Audio/Acoustics Engineer .
In this position you will be responsible for qualifying audio/speech enhancement algorithms on Bluetooth headsets. You will work closely with the algorithm development teams to characterize the different audio algorithms. You will perform acoustic measurements and formal listening tests to evaluate system performance. You will work with the development teams to define the audio performance specifications and to perform system level validation.

| Habilidades: |
MSEE and 9+ years of professional experience
* Speech/audio/acoustics algorithm experience - compression, echo cancellation, noise reduction, equalization, etc.
* Experience with acoustic and audio measurement tools (e.g., HATS, AudioPrecision, etc.)
* Knowledge of telephony audio standards highly preferred.
* C/C++, Matlab programming experience
* Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
* Prior experience in headset or mobile phone development is preferred .
* No relocation will be provided |
