Sequence is seeking a Architectural Practice Group Leader to head up all activities related to Academic and University Architectural projects throughout the country.
The ideal individual would have at least 10+ years of experience leading an academic architectural practice group in all aspects of client relationship development, master planning, proposal development, architectural design and thought leadership for the organization.
Candidates must have the skills and motivation to take an internationally recognized architectural practice to the next level through developing new and fostering existing client relationships, preparing complex proposals, scopes of work and overseeing all architectural project design work; as well as, managing all internal operations of the group (personnel, operating budgets, profit / loss, etc..) |
| Habilidades: |
Requires Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline. MS Preferred. California Architectural License required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
This is a principal level opportunity, with the ability to shape an academic practice group for international recognition. |
