Applications Support Specialist – US and Latin America
OneVision Inc. is seeking a highly motivated bilingual Applications Support Specialist with working knowledge and experience in Desktop Design applications and pre-press workflow for our Andover Ma. Location. (English, Spanish or Portuguese)
Responsibilities:
The Applications Support Specialists will work in both a support and consulting role, providing, Help Desk support, Product Demonstrations and Remote training for our customers in North and Latin America.

| Habilidades: |
• Strong knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
• Production Knowledge in Prepress Software, Workflow and Color.
• General knowledge in Networking, PC and Mac hardware configuration/setup•
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and assist with client issues over the phone.
• Fluent in both English and (Spanish or Portuguese).
• Must be willing to adapt to changing company needs. Willing to fill multiple roles (HelpDesk support, Demo, Training).
• Knowledge of help desk operations a plus.
• Permanent US residence or US Citizenship required. |
