Refund Policy for Employers and Employment Agents
Learn4Good Networks (referred to here as "Job4Good.com" and "Job4Good") must receive all requests for refunds, replacements
and adjustments to
jobs@job4good.com within 7 calendar days of the purchase
date.
If the refund request is received within 7 days of the purchase
date and the customer has not used his/her Job4Good account to access
the Job4Good Jobsite in this period, or hasn’t used
services purchased in this period, the customer will
be granted a full refund.
No refunds are made on purchases of less than or equal to 100 USD or
85 EUR.
All sales on Job4Good.com for Job Posting and CV/Resume Database Search
options are final
after a job is posted or the resume database is
searched. There are no refunds after such actions by the
customer.
Job postings and CV/resume database searches are not products that can be returned.
Refunds, replacements and adjustments will be considered
if received within 7 calendar days of the purchase date and
will also be considered for technical problems on
Job4Good servers
resulting in the customer not being able to view the
Job4Good Jobsite. Job4Good must receive notification
of the problem and be given the opportunity to fix the
problem within 7 calendar days, before a refund, replacement or
adjustment will be considered.
After 7 calendar days of the date of purchase, refunds,
replacements and adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of Job4Good
staff members, only if the customer's
account hasn't been used since purchase was made.
In the event that the Job4Good removes a job posting
from the Job4Good Jobsite, which it believes to be
either fraudulent or libelous, (but is not limited to
this instance) Job4Good reserves the right to refuse a
refund.
In order to better understand how to properly use the customer
account and to minimize customer error,
Job4Good highly recommends that before a purchase, the
customer:
- views the jobs and CV/resume
database available publicly,
- again reads carefully all emails sent to the customer
by Job4Good staff members,
- again reads the jobsite terms and conditions,
- again reads the recommendations provided on
the Employer Registration Form
- reads the Employer FAQs page.
