Estimator / Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction - San Diego, CA
We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager with 5+ years experience to oversee the estimating, construction and administration of heavy civil and underground construction projects throughout the southern California region.
The ideal individual would have previous experience as an Estimator overseeing the administration and execution of assigned projects. Must be able to estimate, bid and manage underground construction projects ranging from pipelines, wastewater facilities, pumping stations, interceptor sewers and heavy concrete substructures. Experienced with RFI’s, change orders, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor / contract negotiations, client and personnel management.

| Skills Required: |
Requires a BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as ability to use all MS software products (Excel, Word, MS Projects, etc.). |
