Fortech is looking for energetic sales professionals to work out of its Tempe, AZ office. The job involves selling of Fortech’s Energy Automation Solutions and its IT services. This position offers a base+ commission + attractive bonus plan.
Position Overview:
• Develop new business
• Develop new business opportunities to grow revenue and clients
• Qualify lead streams and build opportunities in the sales cycle
• Drive Sales activity to achieve monthly revenue and unit sales targets
Essential Functions - Responsibilities:
• Manage outbound sales lead activity targeting new clients
• Able to procure custom development projects
• Able to sell Company’s Energy solutions products
• Qualify new business opportunities and set web meetings for review of Fortech’s products and services
• Leverage client referrals, associations and networking
• Identify new lead sources
• Update and Manage CRM for territory
Qualifications:
• A bachelor`s degree (Preferred) or equivalent experience
• Requires strong sales experience and phone skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Resourcefulness in solving problems
• An ability to respond with a sense of urgency in a sales driven culture
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills.
• Strong computer skills -- (MS Office, Outlook)
• Strong work ethic
• Ideally two to Five or more years of experience high activity business to business sales environments
• Prior association and/or B2B Sales experience, WebEx, and virtual sales.
