OneVision Inc. is seeking a highly motivated HelpDesk Support Specialist with working knowledge and experience in print processes, pre-press workflow, and Color technologies for our Andover Ma. location.
Responsibilities:
The HelpDesk Technical Support Specialists will work in both a Technical Consulting and Support Role, providing, Help Desk support, Product Demonstrations, remote training and assist in external release management of all OneVision Products.

| Skills Required: |
• Production Knowledge in Prepress Software and Workflow.
• Strong technical knowledge in Color Management, techniques.
• Must have practical experience with Color Correction, Image
Enhancement and retouching.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign)
• General knowledge in Networking, hardware and
configuration/setup•
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and assist with client issues
over the phone.
• Excellent communication skills. Internally as well as externally
with clients.
• Must be willing to adapt to changing company needs. Willing to
fill multiple roles (HelpDesk support, Demo, Training).
• Knowledge of help desk operations a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years graphic arts experience.
• Permanent US residence or US Citizenship required.
