Coordinates entry of all imported goods, manages retention, storage and audit of all import documentation to ensure compliance, evaluates export processes and procedures, assigns freight forwarders for exportations, conducts import audit to ensure compliance.
Provide educational training on export compliance to groups throughout the company.
Assume the day-to-day responsibilities for problem solving and troubleshooting issues related to export orders, ensuring proper training and prioritization of work assignments. Participates in performance management.
Responsible for documentation of international customer orders. This position will be required to arrange documentation for international shipments (i.e. commercial invoice, certificate of origin, packing details, & export declaration). Furthermore, this position will communicate proper documentation to customers in the order fulfillment process. Knowledge in export documentation is required.
