As a Customer Care Specialist you will have the opportunity to contribute your extensive skills and experience to all aspects of Customer Care. You are customer-focused, results-oriented, can multi-task effectively, and learn quickly. You enjoy a variety of challenges in a fast paced environment and you ensure that your activities are aligned with business priorities. As well, you work closely with product development to help evolve IPeak`s technology and products to better meet the needs of our customers.
Reports To
This position reports to the COO`s office.
Responsibilities & Duties
Work with Sales to coordinate and execute product trials with customers and partners
Respond to and fulfill customer service requests
Manage issue resolution through the full life cycle
Support product development activities as the customer advocate
Participate in product verification cycles
Continuously improve and evolve customer support processes |

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Required:
Strong understanding of all aspects of customer service and support
Solid technical expertise and hands-on experience in IP networking and IT systems/applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willing and able to travel globally
Desirable:
Video Conferencing expertise
Leadership skills
Qualifications
3+ years direct customer support experience
Related College or University degree |
