| Job Description: |
Sequence is seeking a Chief Electrical Engineer to lead the expansion of a rapidly growing electrical mining group in the Southwestern United States.
The ideal individual would have at least 15+ years of experience working in the mining industry as an electrical engineer, overseeing a portfolio of electrical and control engineering projects as related to underground and surface mining; which would include process and material handling, electrical power, control automation, and hoisting systems.
Candidates must have the capabilities to manage a portfolio of projects, personnel and client activities on a daily basis; including developing scopes of work, project budgets / timelines, engineering estimates, complex engineering designs, personnel requirements and quality assurance for the electrical engineering department. |
| Skills Required: |
Requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering or related discipline. Registration as a professional electrical engineer. Strong understanding of Mining and Safety Acts. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
This is a practice group leadership opportunity; that offers leadership responsibilities for the southwestern region mining group. |
