1. AB Mauri South Africa. (1997 -Current 2010) ( Technical Sales Manager)
In the lasts 3 years I achieved excellent growth with my customer base and new business. As a Technical Sales Manager I achieved 25% growth year on year. I have an excellent track record of developing new products for customers specific needs and launching them.
From a customer base of 2 groups , I have Identified new markets and new business expansion ; which leaves us with a customer base of 60 clients today.
I involved myself with direct field work with A Customers , in addition to gain market intelligence and to oversee implementation of strategies.
One of my key roles is to Identify new product and tracking market trends in technological and other developments to maintain the companies "lead" in the food industry . Always obtained firsthand market intelligence, which I obtained in the period required
I have developed 45 new products which are saleable.
I have excellent negotiating skills, I use this strenght to negotiate with suppliers and Customers; for the best advantage of the company. Getting better price in order for us to offer better deals to customers.
I had to implement technical training for customers, starting with preparation of a manual and actively doing the theoretical and practical training, I acheived this within a one month time frame I was given.
When Novozymes changed their strategy in Baking; I was able to regain the business of Eastbalt & Famous brands for AB Mauri - which equates to -+ R15 million(ZAR)

I worked for 16 years with Novozymes. Travelled extensively ,all around the world.
My Duties included, Implement Budget & Strategy,Implement individual goals for members reporting to me, I developed 400 products which are saleable to bakeries.
I liased and managed the shipping clerk;internal sales clerk;Haccap Manager and production manager.
Implemented haccap procedures to staff members in tandem with the haccap manager.
Managed customer solutions.
In the effort of putting in to practice rigorius dicipline and team work in faitffull implementations of strategies, paid rich dividends to my career.
I gained agrements to my proposed course of action, by building positive relationships from Bakery Manager to mixers, I chaired meetings with them and also advised them on what is best for them as a company. I developed a network with whom I lobbied actively.
As being part of a Team Player ; I maintained and grew the East Balt Account (MC Donalds) and Famous Brands Accounts (Steers & Wimpy)
We achieved budgets year on year with the strech goal that I implemented.
