Professional Experience
Mr. Ghazal has wide expertise in project management for commercial, healthcare, worship centers and industrial buildings projects. His specialty is to manage electrical, mechanical, & plumbing design using the latest up to date computer design tools, with special focus on cost of switchgear and quality issues. He has managed design teams and performed quantity take off, cost estimating, quality control issues and field inspection. In addition to his traditional design and engineering responsibilities, his professional expertise covers managing the review of construction drawings and switchgear & switchboard specifications, perform constructability analysis, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, meet deadlines, and ensure all QC activities are performed. Mr. Ghazal has specific knowledge of design standards and is familiar with CAD system. As the project leader in charge of HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing System Design, his duties included building load calculations, selection of appropriate switchgear & switchboard equipments, specifications, documented site info, updated details per the latest codes and standards, quality assurance and compliance, initiating meetings with clients to achieve their desired goals, and as a team leader coordinate project completion among all parties.
