1. Can I make Free Job Postings?

A. Yes. Initial registration allows 20 "free" job listings over a 12 month period.  Post a Job »

Note: Job4good reserves the right to refuse any company or remove any job postings immediately that are not in the best interest of our visitors or website. The following are treated as spam on our website and are deleted automatically: All companies and jobs related to the adult entertainment industry, work at home, email processing, online business opportunities or jobs that are not clearly defined.

B. If you would like more than 20 job listings during these 12 months, you can select from the packages/plans below to upgrade to a higher status. These are paid packages and may be seen below.

C. If your job 20 listings are all used before the 12 month period is completed, you must wait until the 12 months are over before applying for a new free plan or you can try option D below.

D. If your paid or free Job Plan has expired and you only need to post another job or a few more jobs, you can buy these job postings per job. This can be done by entering a number, for example 3, in the correct box on the Job Plan page of your employer area. You have to log in first to your employer area to see that.

2. What do I do after the 12 months job posting period has expired?
You will receive an email 14 days before your job posting period expires, telling you of this fact and offering you the possibility of upgrading to another free plan for a further 6 months or to a paid job plan if you so wish. So simply log into your account and choose a new plan.

3. What is a Top Company and how do I become a Top Company?
A Top Company is an employer who buys a Standard, Professional or Ultra Plan.
Top Companies get all of the following Top Company Perks. Top Company jobs pages and company details pages include a direct link to the company website. Top Companies can discuss customized promotional packages with Job4good.

4. Who will see my job posting and how will they contact me?
Jobseekers with qualifications in your field are actively searching our job site every day as we have a very high search engine result rating and are attracting motivated people seeking employment in each of our job categories. Jobseekers can contact you directly, through the online application form under your job details or through a private message to your company email address.

The number of Online Applications you can receive is unlimited and free of charge. There is a charge for additional Resume file downloading if you would like extra Resume views. Most Resumes will be sent to you through the Online Application process. Online Applications are sent to you directly by the jobseeker. Once you have set your Resume Filter, all Online Applications will also be filtered in accordance with your settings.

5. Can I filter out unqualified applicants?
Yes you can! Our international jobsite is a resource where serious employers can find qualified jobseekers only. We provide you with the facility of selecting any locations and applicants from which you wish to receive no job applications or inquiries through Job4good. This strict resume filtering system is found on the employer area menu. If any one of the following job characteristics does not match your job description, you will not receive any CV/ Resume alerts from our system: Experience, education, job category, country, state, city, work permit status.

On providing this filter system, Job4good accepts no liability for any job inquiries that the employer would later consider to be spam.
